Our finca is situated on the southwest slope in the highest and quietest area of ‘El Pinar’ in the south of ‘El Hierro
in the south of the ‘Isla de El Hierro’ with wonderful views of ‘La Gomera and El Teide on Tenerife’.
The Canarian pine forest is just a stone's throw away and offers hiking trails in all directions,
a real challenge for mountain bikers and hiking enthusiasts.

CARACOL EL HIERRO!!!
Hello, my name is Pablo. My parents brought me from Germany to this wonderful island in 1982 when I was one year old. Here I was brought up, went to school and high school.
In La Laguna I studied psychology and occupational risk prevention. In 2010 I came back and after a year of work, my father retired in 2012 and left me to work at StoneArt Gallery, a small workshop where I made volcanic jewellery.
In July 2016 my mother passed away suddenly and since then my main task has been to dedicate myself body and soul to the Caracol Apartments. As I couldn't cope with everything I looked for help, now I have a small team that will help you with everything.
Today I strive to preserve and enhance my mother's great legacy so that our guests can enjoy an excellent stay.
THE ISLAND
This seventh island has always been excluded from mainstream tourism, much to the delight of those who love it and want it to remain as it is. UNESCO has declared it a biosphere reserve.
